This page explains how to delete your account for the ACTIVI mobile app operated by ACTIVI SPORTS LLC (“ACTIVI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Deletion is permanent.

1. Delete in the ACTIVI app (fastest)
- Open the ACTIVI app and sign in.
- Go to your profile, then open Settings.
- Tap Delete profile.
- Review the confirmation (including any pending payouts or store subscriptions) and confirm.
Upcoming sessions are canceled automatically. Refunds and provider payouts follow our cancellation policy in the Terms of Service.
2. Request deletion without the app
If you cannot open ACTIVI, email support@activisports.com with the subject line Delete my ACTIVI account. Include the email address on the account so we can verify the request.
We process these requests as soon as reasonably possible and generally within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
3. Data we delete
When your ACTIVI account is deleted, we remove or de-identify:
- Your account and sign-in (email/password or Apple/Google sign-in)
- Profile details, photos, and provider profile media
- Direct messages we hold
- Bookings, reviews, reports, and related in-app history we hold
- Device tokens and similar app data we hold for your account
4. Data that may be kept
- Payments and payouts. Stripe and other payment partners may retain records as required by law or their own policies (for example tax, fraud, and dispute records). ACTIVI does not store full payment card numbers.
- Legal and safety. We may retain limited information when we must, for example to handle chargebacks, comply with law, or resolve disputes. We keep that only as long as those obligations last.
- App Store / Google Play subscriptions. Deleting your ACTIVI account does not cancel billing with Apple or Google. If you subscribed to CORNA+ or Pro, cancel in the App Store or Google Play, or you may keep being charged without access to ACTIVI.
